Kamut Pasta

with sauteed greens and meatballs made of the following: ground pork, an egg, chopped fresh sage, grated apple, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Never tried Kamut, Spelt or Quinoa pasta. What are they like? How are they different?

The kamut pasta was great; smoother in texture than whole wheat.
