Can you tell me again how you make roasted Brussels sprouts?
I'm so happy you asked! I slice off their buts, discard whatever leaves fall off, cut them in half lengthwise, put them in a heavy dish with lots of olive oil and roast at 400 degrees until the sides touching the pan are a nice blackish brown. The I salt liberally and scarf.
